Q. I want to return and exchange purchased products
A. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer reasons.
In the unlikely event that the product has an initial failure, it will be exchanged for the same product, so within 7 days from the arrival of the product.HerePlease contact us. If there is no exchange stock, we will respond to refunds.
Q. I want to change, add, and cancel the ordered items
A. Changes, additions, and cancellations after the order is confirmed,HerePlease contact us. Please note that we cannot accept if you contact us after shipping the product.
Q. How long does it take from orders to shipping?
A. After payment is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1 to 2 days if there is no engraving, and within 3 to 4 days for stamps. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
Q. I want to specify the delivery date and time
A. We do not accept specification of delivery date and time of ordered items. If you are in a hurry, please order early.
Q. I would like to ask for a gift wrapping
A. We do not accept gift wrapping separately, but can be wrapped with gifts.

A. For each order, only one delivery destination is available. If you would like to deliver the destination separately, please order it in two times.
