Cancellation / return exchange

We cannot respond to cancellations for customer's convenience such as differences in image.

(1) If the delivered product is in the initial failure, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product.

(2) Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of the preceding paragraph. Products used / Products that have been used for more than 7 days after arrival / products with scratches and dirt, products without packages (bags / cases), products with names, etc. Products / other products that are processed for customers, and products that specify that they cannot be returned to the product introduction page

(3) We will bear the shipping cost for returned and exchanged due to initial failure. We ask for the shipping cost of returned and exchanged due to customer convenience at the burden of the customer.

(4) The refund will be made according to the payment method within 7 business days after confirming the arrival of the returned product.
